As part of our work with InterACT, we ran some 8-week courses for parents of children age 0-6 and also 5-12, using material from the Family Caring Trust.

 

Participants were enabled to improve their skills and develop more honest, respectful relationships in their families. We offered a créche whenever we run the courses, and many commented that they appreciate the space to be with a small group of other adults to relax and reflect.
