Our lives are filled with busyness. So many times we come before God in prayer with a list of things that we want or need.

 

Every other month, we host something that is referred to by many churches throughout the world as “soaking”. It is an opportunity to relax and make space simply to be still with God and to become more aware of his love.

 

We use quiet music to facilitate this process. Some people lie on the floor while others sit in a chair. Nothing else is required of a person than to rest.

 

We invite people of all traditions and none to join us. All are welcome.
