We are on the edge of student land and certainly welcome anyone who wants to join us on Sunday mornings or for other events. As it happens, we have quite a few people from a wide range of countries and backgrounds. Not all of them are students but if you've come from abroad to study at one of our universities, there's a good chance you may meet someone from your home country! In fact, a good place to do just that would be at the Universities International Club. This is organised by Christians in the city but is open to any student of any faith or background who would like to meet up with others in a similar situation.
Clara Ong is our student rep. She organises a number of events particularly with students in mind. For example, on the second Sunday morning of each month, there is an open invitation to anyone who is on his or her own up in Leeds. It's an opportunity to meet other people... and have a free meal! Feel free to just come along or contact Clara in advance if you would like a bit of help in finding us or want to confirm times and dates.
