For we are to God the aroma of Christ...
Our Main Service takes places on Sunday morning at the Meanwood Community Centre just off Stainbeck Avenue. (Click here for a map from Multi-Map.) We meet at 10:30am and start in the lounge with light refreshments and a chance to catch up on how things are going. At about 11am, we move into the main hall for our service of worship and finishes about 12:30pm.
Most Sundays you will find about 60-70 people meeting with a growing number of children. There is always a crêche for the babies and toddlers and some activities for younger children. We all meet together for the first part of the service and then the young people go off to their own groups - KidsZone and Thirst.

Our worship is fairly relaxed and "free". We mostly sing contemporary songs with an occasional, more traditional hymn. The style is informal and, generally, there will be an opportunity to share news and prayer needs. We seek to learn each week from God's word - the Bible; and its account of Jesus Christ and the people of God.
Anyone and everyone can come along! We particularly welcome those who are searching for faith. We find there are many today who attended church in the past but (for all sorts of reasons) gave it up and now find themselves asking questions about life again. We don't promise all the answers but we do believe that knowing Jesus Christ is the right place to start looking!

So, whether you've just moved into the area and are looking for a local church or have been here for some time, you would be most welcome to check us out.
